Once your shipment is accepted by us, it’s our cue to negotiate with our network of over 3,500 freight carriers to find you a shipping solution within the perimeters of your quoted budget. Once we choose a carrier that accepts the terms of the shipment, they provide us with paperwork which verifies licensing and insurance. All shipments are insured $1 million in liability and $3 million in cargo costs to ensure even the biggest of shipments are protected from lost or damaged goods.
Pick-Up & Delivery
After required and verified paperwork is obtained, the carrier is dispatched to pick up your shipment. During the pickup process, the carrier will offer services necessary to packing including loading crew, crane assistance, or otherwise. As far as scheduling goes, we guarantee that your shipment is picked up within 3 days of placing an order. Often, shipments are even picked up on the same day. Shipping, however, depends on the distance the freight must travel. For domestic shipping inside the U.S., you can expect delivery within 1-5 days.
Tracking
Part of the agreement we have with carriers who accept to do business with us is to provide pictures of the shipment upon delivery. Once received, we will forward to you so that you: 1.) know that your shipment has been delivered and 2.) know that your shipment has arrived safely, securely, and on schedule to its intended shipping location.
